Properties are photographed "as is". It is the sole responsibility of the listing agent/seller to ensure the property meets their own presentation standards before photographer arrival. All pets must be secured. ADigitalU assumes no responsibility for an animal escaping the premesis or obstructing any area of the property being photographed. ADigitalU reserves the right to reschedule an appointment due to inclement weather or unforeseeable circumstances. We do not operate in precipitation, or icy conditions. Photos can be manipulated to minimize the appearance of cloudy or overcast conditions in the final images. Appointments made are subject to availability, and may be rescheduled at no cost by the listing agent/seller only once per listing. We must be given a minimum of 24 Hours notice to reschedule. Subsequent rescheduled appointments or inadequate notice given will incur a $35.00 fee per occurrance. Cancellations require a minimum 24 hour notice prior to their scheduled time, else a $35.00 fee will be assessed. We reserve the right to rectify any service errors or improve quality of any disputed items before refunding any payments, all or in part.
