Are you experiencing problems with our virtual tour viewer?
< back

There are two recorded issues so far:

1. Some retail versions of Windows XP did not include a Java Virtual Machine with internet explorer 6. This is speculation of a Sun lawsuit filed in 1997 claiming that Microsoft violated its Java licensing contract read the article from ITworld.com. You can download the Java Virtual Machine FREE from Sun here http://java.sun.com/getjava/

2. Some earlier versions of pop-up blocker software will not allow the virtual tour window to open. The purpose of pop-up blocker software is to prevent annoying ads from popping up without the users interaction. More recent versions of these programs will allow customization for access to specific pop-up windows after clicking buttons or links, but continue to block the annoying ads that pop-up from other sites.

Here is one we recommend http://www.shareware4web.com/ it allows you to add domain names to a whitelist which allows pop-ups for website that you specify. Just add this ... www.adigitalu.com/* to the whitelist to enable pop-ups for our site.

Please e-mail us with any other issues other than the ones listed above.

Disclaimer: Since the JVM and the Super Pop-up Blocker are not our software, we can not be held accountable for any problems that may arise from its usage, nor will we attempt to repair or advise to repair any such damage.
